D&K Motorcycles situated in north Staffordshire established over 30 years ago are the regions premier Kawasaki dealer. D&K Motorcycles are also dealers for Sym, MV Augsta, Benelli, Daelim and Keeway.
True Track Software are delighted to announce the launch of D&K's new website. D&K have chosen our premium e-commerce solution, which is a complete custom build from the graphic design through to the on-line shopping catalogue. The build benefits from a different CSS styling sheet for the new motorcycles manufacturer brand pages and for Kawasaki we have linked to the Kawasaki website by wrapping it inside our website using Iframe technology (which we think looks pretty slick!) We have also developed a manufacturer feed directly from MotoGB to update the new bikes automatically saving hours of labour.
The on-line shop has been completely re-skinned and given more updated options from improved side navigation with brand and size options, to featured products, special offers, recent view items and related products. The checkout stages and shopping basket have been improved completing a much improved shopping experience.
Web Design – BVM Moto Launch Their New Website
BVM Moto, based in Stroud Gloucestershire have launched their new website, designed and built by True Track Software.
BVM Moto is a privately owned business which has been selling and servicing bikes for over 30 years and specialise in Beta, GasGas, Montesa, Ossa, Osset, Sherco and Scorpa. They required a fresh new e-commerce website to promote the on-line parts and clothing side of the business. True Track Software have delivered a cost effective entry level shopping catalogue system with full integration with their back office systems, for efficient order processing and live stock level updates.
We are extremely pleased with the end result and the site is already taking sales within hours of being launched!

Web Design – Delkevic France Website Launched
True Track Software are pleased to announce the launch of Delkevic's new website "Delkevic France". The website is a custom build with complete integration into their back office system Pyramid. We have also provided a bespoke system to create listings onto the website using a template that can be assigned to multiple product variants to streamline the website product uploads.
The site has already taken two orders upto the value of €600 within 24 hours of being launched and Google Analytic is showing lots of attention from the French, which is a good indication the site will fair well.
The site is also fully optimised with Search Engine Optimisation technology to help the race for top Google page rankings.

David is in the process of administering our facebook page and has linked this blog to the status updates - so now these blogs will appear on our page. Also we have added a facebook like button to our footer on each of the site pages - please feel free to use it and also to recommend us to your friends!
News – New horizons – TTS & SEO
With the recent addition of David to the development team TTS have been able to devote more time to site optimisation. In our 'About Us' page we mention that "...all our sites are designed with SEO in mind...". While this has always been the case with the extra resources now available we are able to focus more in this area of development. Every site owner wants to rank well with search engines - but how can this be achieved? There is a plethora of information out there and much of it is contradictory but most sources agree that it is as much art as science. TTS are determined to develop in this direction and it will be part of David's remit to do so. He says he is "...looking forward to the challenge...", we wish him luck! Part of this new avenue will be a page on the site dedicated to site optimisation and SEO. We support various back-end's; magento, opencart and of course Pyramid so the content will reflect this. We are also developing our Facebook presence so expect an email shortly asking you to 'like' us, and if you have a Facebook page we will be sure to reciprocate!!
News – Moto4parts.co.uk EPC launched
Moto4parts.co.uk is an on-line EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) written and developed by True Track Software.
The EPC is a comprehensive list of MotoGB vehicle network including Sym, Keeway, Daelim, MVAugusta Bikes & Scooters. Each vehicle model breaks down into Frame and Engine Parts, giving the on-line user a diagram explosion and a list of the available parts. You can add the parts required to be ordered into a basket, choose the delivery method and submit the order to MotoGB. This automatically imports the order into MotoGBs back office system, for efficient order processing and also emails the dealer and MotoGB with new order requests, ensuring MotoGB are informed the instant the order is placed.
True Track Software are very pleased with the end result which marks the beginning of lots more development with MotoGB as we forge a closer business relationship. 2012 will see the integration of the EPC with Warranty Zone that was launched in the later half of 2011, which was also written and developed by True Track Software.
Pyramid – Stock Discounts
Pyramid has now been updated to cope with multiple discounts of stock.

Set-up and Discount Code for example "Trade" and then you can apply a percentage discount against discount code "Trade" for stock category "Parts" for 20%. Then each Account you invoice that has been applied to discount code "Trade" the system will discount each stock SKU the beloings to stock category Parts by 20%.

Set-up and Discount Code for example "Trade" and under the "Stock Discount" -> "Product Discounts" you can set a new price for each SKU that will be applied to Accounts with discount code "Trade" when invoicing
Pyramid – Multi Currency Invoicing
Pyramid has now been updated to cope with printing invoices in multiple currency.

Each account has the a Country Code drop drown and by simply choosing the country code the account belongs too for example USD United States and providing you have set-up the correct exchange rate and currency symbol, when you invoice the account the system converts all the values into USD and prints the currency symbol $. This is only for the invoice, the values posted into the accounting and stock control will be your base rate.
Web Design – AJ Robinson Services
AJ Robinson Services are a plastering and damp-proofing company based in Derby. They wanted TTS to re-skin their existing site. After the initial consultation they decided to go for our WordPress solution. This is a cost effection option for sites that are relatively simple. WordPress offers the advantage of working with pre-set themes which are then modified and with minimal HTML tweaking the results can be a powerful but uncomplicated site. AJ Robinsons' Google rank is excellent (1st or 2nd for 'derby dampproofing') and they were keen to preserve this when the new site went live. We explained that all of the work we do is with SEO firmly in mind. The site went live just before Christmas and AJ Robinson are very happy with the results.
