New horizons – TTS & SEO
With the recent addition of David to the development team TTS have been able to devote more time to site optimisation. In our 'About Us' page we mention that "...all our sites are designed with SEO in mind...". While this has always been the case with the extra resources now available we are able to focus more in this area of development. Every site owner wants to rank well with search engines - but how can this be achieved? There is a plethora of information out there and much of it is contradictory but most sources agree that it is as much art as science. TTS are determined to develop in this direction and it will be part of David's remit to do so. He says he is "...looking forward to the challenge...", we wish him luck! Part of this new avenue will be a page on the site dedicated to site optimisation and SEO. We support various back-end's; magento, opencart and of course Pyramid so the content will reflect this. We are also developing our Facebook presence so expect an email shortly asking you to 'like' us, and if you have a Facebook page we will be sure to reciprocate!!
News – Moto4parts.co.uk EPC launched
Moto4parts.co.uk is an on-line EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) written and developed by True Track Software.
The EPC is a comprehensive list of MotoGB vehicle network including Sym, Keeway, Daelim, MVAugusta Bikes & Scooters. Each vehicle model breaks down into Frame and Engine Parts, giving the on-line user a diagram explosion and a list of the available parts. You can add the parts required to be ordered into a basket, choose the delivery method and submit the order to MotoGB. This automatically imports the order into MotoGBs back office system, for efficient order processing and also emails the dealer and MotoGB with new order requests, ensuring MotoGB are informed the instant the order is placed.
True Track Software are very pleased with the end result which marks the beginning of lots more development with MotoGB as we forge a closer business relationship. 2012 will see the integration of the EPC with Warranty Zone that was launched in the later half of 2011, which was also written and developed by True Track Software.
Pyramid – Stock Discounts
Pyramid has now been updated to cope with multiple discounts of stock.

Set-up and Discount Code for example "Trade" and then you can apply a percentage discount against discount code "Trade" for stock category "Parts" for 20%. Then each Account you invoice that has been applied to discount code "Trade" the system will discount each stock SKU the beloings to stock category Parts by 20%.

Set-up and Discount Code for example "Trade" and under the "Stock Discount" -> "Product Discounts" you can set a new price for each SKU that will be applied to Accounts with discount code "Trade" when invoicing
Pyramid – Multi Currency Invoicing
Pyramid has now been updated to cope with printing invoices in multiple currency.

- Currency Symbol
- Exchange Rate
Each account has the a Country Code drop drown and by simply choosing the country code the account belongs too for example USD United States and providing you have set-up the correct exchange rate and currency symbol, when you invoice the account the system converts all the values into USD and prints the currency symbol $. This is only for the invoice, the values posted into the accounting and stock control will be your base rate.
Web Design – AJ Robinson Services
AJ Robinson Services are a plastering and damp-proofing company based in Derby. They wanted TTS to re-skin their existing site. After the initial consultation they decided to go for our WordPress solution. This is a cost effection option for sites that are relatively simple. WordPress offers the advantage of working with pre-set themes which are then modified and with minimal HTML tweaking the results can be a powerful but uncomplicated site. AJ Robinsons' Google rank is excellent (1st or 2nd for 'derby dampproofing') and they were keen to preserve this when the new site went live. We explained that all of the work we do is with SEO firmly in mind. The site went live just before Christmas and AJ Robinson are very happy with the results.
Web Design – Leader CNC Technologies Launch Their New Website
Leader CNC Technologies is a well established company and the UK's leading supplier of premier machine tools such as Toshiba, Haco, KDM, Kitamura, Unamuno and DMC. Leader required a custom built information website to promote their business and market their products and services on-line. Rob Prosser (MD) expressed he required a website that was slick but retained the Leader brand. We have delivered this with a custom build that is contemporary and modern giving Leader a completely unique design. The website features the usual information pages along with a custom built Content Management System that can add or change the content without having to edit the HTML direct and uploads new products and company news.

As part of our on-going commitment and support for our customers, we have developed a True Track Software Support Forum to help strengthen the support side of the business. All of our customers are welcome to post and providing you have a valid maintenance contract or have purchased any of our products within the last 12 months we can offer all the support and help you require.
News – eBay & Website integration
True Track Software have been at the front line for integration and development of websites and eBay for a number of years now and felt we should ensure you are aware of what we can achieve in this area: -
- Update information on your website and eBay listings in conjunction with the TTS Intranet split by Stock Group, Supplier, Analysis Codes etc
- Provide PHP Scripts to automatically update the Stock levels of your Website and eBay listings or un-list out of stock items on your Website & eBay
- Export the orders from your website and eBay into a centrally managed system. You can update the order status and enter a tracking number which in turn updates eBay or your website to a shipped status with the tracking number that saves you having to go in and out of each system.
- We have developed an eBay system to create eBay listings on mass using an HTML template that creates professional listings with a consistent and professional finish and ensures listings are created with all the necessary data to link to your back office system
- We can create small bespoke programs in partnership with an intranet, to process and update information on your business management system, eBay or your website.

News – MotoGB Warranty Zone Launched
Warranty Zone, written and developed by True Track Software is an on-line application for MotoGB that controls warranty claims and warranty registrations for their dealer network. The system is a coherent way for dealing with warranty claims and warranty activations that should ensure MotoGB and their respective dealers are updated with real-time information by integrating MotoGB's back office systems for stock and vehicle information. This combined with an internal messaging system, should help the dealer and MotoGB be at one throughout the warranty claim process.
